1. Acceptance of these Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using the Neuro-Health Protocol (the “Product”) or this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the Product.
2. The Product
The Neuro-Health Protocol is a digital information product consisting of an ebook, a 28-day meal plan, and bonus materials (audio sessions, reference cards, a movement guide, community access, and email support). The Product is delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within a few minutes of purchase.
3. Payment and delivery
Payment is processed by Hotmart, a third-party payment platform. Purchases are single one-time payments in US dollars. You will receive a receipt from Hotmart by email. Delivery of the Product occurs automatically upon successful payment. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions.
4. Digital product — non-returnable except via guarantee

If within 60 calendar days of your purchase you are not satisfied with the Product, email us at support@metabolictransmutation.com with your order number. We will issue a full refund through Hotmart’s self-service portal. No forms. No questions. No justification required.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the Product after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
