Metabolic Transmutation (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website metabolictransmutation.com and sells the Neuro-Health Protocol digital product. 2. Information we collect
We collect three categories of data:
- Information you provide: your email address and name at checkout (processed by Hotmart, our payment platform). Optional support correspondence when you email us.
- Information collected automatically: IP address, approximate geographic location, device type, browser, referring URL, pages viewed, and time spent on each page. This helps us debug issues and measure ad performance.
- Information from cookies and pixels: the Meta Pixel places cookies that attribute your visit back to the ad that brought you here. See the cookies list below.
3. How we use your data
- • To deliver the Neuro-Health Protocol to your email after purchase.
- • To respond to support requests and refund inquiries.
- • To measure which ads lead to sales and improve the site’s performance.
- • To meet tax and legal record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling beyond standard advertising attribution.
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum data required with the following service providers (“processors”):

7. Data retention
Purchase records are retained for 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Server request logs are retained for 90 days. Email correspondence is retained for up to 3 years after the last interaction.
8. Security
We use HTTPS across the entire site, rely on enterprise-grade hosting (Vercel), and never store payment card data ourselves — Hotmart is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
9. Children’s privacy
The Neuro-Health Protocol is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. International transfers
If you access the site from outside the United States, please note your data may be transferred to and processed in the US, Brazil (Hotmart), or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. We rely on standard contractual clauses where required by law.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will also be announced on this page for at least 30 days before taking effect.
